Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing one of our store items- All purchases go directly to the provide hope and resources to those struggling to find healing and a suicide free future.
We pride ourselves on finding great products, and want you to love it as much as we do!
But just in case you have to return it:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR ITEM?
If it has been a week and you have not received your item.
1. Check your tracking email and see if it was delivered
If it was not delivered yet, it is probably held up in a USPS facility and may need more time. You can always see where it was last scanned and send an inquiry to USPS. If you need help, do not hesitate to email us :)
2. If it was delivered and you do not have it: Check with the members of your household (you'd be amazed at where kids put things when its not for them, I know mine do and sometimes i have to ask for my packages from the mailbox.lol)
3.If it is not in your house, check with neighbors. If you like in a subdivision or complex most of the time it was accidentally delivered to them (and yes, most neighbors will bring it to you, it sometimes people don't look at who the mail is actually addressed to)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges We stand behind each and every one of our products. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon receipt. You may exchange it for an item of equal value or the exact item if still in stock.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
